Beyond Convention: Pushing the Boundaries of Printmaking, Exhibition at Utah Cultural Celebration Center in West Valley City, UT

Blake Sanders and I were honored to be curated into Beyond Convention: Pushing the Boundaries of Printmaking  by Professor Adam Larsen of Snow College in Ephraim, Utah. The exhibition takes place at Utah Cultural Celebration Center’s Pilar Pobil Gallery in West Valley City, Utah.

An artists’ reception takes place Friday, December 6, from 6-8 pm.

From January-February 2025, the work will be installed for a second time at the Snow College Art Gallery in Ephraim, Utah.

Featured works include Too Drained, a collaborative crochet and screenprinting piece by Blake Sanders and myself as Orange Barrel Industries and The Book of Errors, a mixed media printmaking and drawing artist’s book.

Hannah March Sanders received her BFA at Tulane University and an MFA in printmaking from Louisiana State University. Along with her husband, Blake, Hannah operates http://orangebarrelindustries.com/, an artist collaborative that organizes portfolio exchanges, exhibitions and other art events. She is currently the Coordinator of the BA in Art as well as Area Head of Printmaking, and a Professor of Art in the Department of Art + Design at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO.
